Summer League Instructions

NOTE ALL PLAYERS WILL BE BILLED FOR MATCH FEES BY THE TREASURER FOR ALL THEIR MATCHES AS LISTED ON THE WEB. (IF YOU MISS A MATCH PLEASE MAKE YOUR OWN ARRANGEMENT WITH THE SUBSTITUTE.)

All players are responsible for:-
Finding a replacement if they cannot make a match.
Arriving in time for the match (not the warm up!) to start at 6:30pm.

In addition the Fixture Captains are responsible for: -
Cancelling a home match in case of bad weather.
Checking with the opposition for bad weather cancellations for away fixtures.
Collecting 2 cans of tennis balls, results card from Nick Duff for the home fixtures.
Completing and mailing the results card (otherwise the club losing points!)
Returning the 2 cans of tennis balls to Nick's house after the home fixtures.
