League Instructions
NOTE ALL PLAYERS WILL BE BILLED FOR MATCH FEES BY THE TREASURER
FOR ALL THEIR MATCHES AS LISTED ON THE WEB. (IF
YOU MISS A MATCH PLEASE MAKE YOUR OWN ARRANGEMENT WITH THE SUBSTITUTE.)
All players are responsible for:-
Finding a replacement if they cannot make a match.
Arriving in time for the match (not the warm up!) to start at 6:30pm.
In
addition the Fixture Captains are responsible for: -
Cancelling a home match in case of bad weather and checking with the opposition for bad weather cancellations for away fixtures.
Collecting 2 cans of tennis balls, key to village hall and paper copy of results card from Nick
Duff's house for home fixtures and returning the key and balls to Nick's house after the match.
Completing the paper copy of the results card with the opposition captain and submitting the results online within 24 hours. (Please retain the paper copy in case of dispute etc.) Electronic scorecards and instructions
Notifying the White Horse if we cancel a home match otherwise we have to pay for the tea.
